Staff at Kids Academy are highly
trained, professional and confident in providing
high quality provision for the children in their
care. All employees are vetted and hold a
current CRB check. Our practitioners are very highly
qualified and most employees are level 2 or 3 or
working towards this. We have two staff who are
level 5 trained and another who has gained their
level 6 Early Years Professional Status (EYPS).
Our team are constantly attending new and
current training courses so that they are aware
of new practice and policies and this ensures
we continue to to carry on providing high quality
care.
Each room consists
of core staff who are key workers to children in
their room. This allows children to have a close
bond with someone in their environment and
provides our carers with the opportunity to
observe and track their child's development. It
also ensures good professional working
relationships with parents and enables
appropriate feedback to be given on a daily
basis.
